Big Fat Daddy's has a hectic 6 state route where I travel to fairs and festivals up and down the East Coast. I take my pit crew and family and jump on the barbeque road. We have fun along the way, but not much time to play. As a food vendor I cook and serve from Pit Beef, Texas Beef Barbeque, Pork Barbecue, BBQ Chicken, Ribs, Turkey Legs, Angus Burgers, Italian Sausage, Dogs and Half Smokes, Fresh Cut Fries, Tender and Fry Combos, Texas Beans, Roasted Corn, Southern Slaw, Redskin Potato Salad, Maryland Crabcakes, Crab Dip in a Bread Bowl, Gyros: Chicken, Beef, and Lamb, Fresh squeezed Lemonade, Limeade, Orangeade, Texas Tea, Corn Dogs, Funnel Cakes, Smoothies....whew.....and so much more. I do everything from large County Fairs to Kansas City Barbeque Competition Festivals. I had a bunch of photos from this season, and I wanted to post them all in once place.
I can't believe this was my 30th year. Thanks to my friends and family for a great season. See you in the Spring!
