| BBQ Pitmasters are coming. |
Here is the announcement from the Wicomico Tourism Email Blast:
"The most popular show ever
to portray the world of competitive barbeque, BBQ Pitmasters is coming to
Wicomico Recreation, Parks & Tourism's 9th Annual Pork in the Park BBQ
Festival. The third season of BBQ Pitmasters, premieres on the recently
announced Destination America on Sunday, June 3 at 9pm E/P, but filming begins
this spring - making Pork in the Park, the East Coast's largest Kansas City
Barbeque Society (KCBS) Competition a perfect stop for the series."
"BBQ Pitmasters
will be on-site throughout the festival, which runs from Friday,
April 20th through Sunday, April 22nd. The show will film on an open set,
meaning that the public is welcomed to watch as three BBQ teams face-off through
a series of challenges to reveal the winning team."
